Additional Notes: Dismantled in 1997 and reconstructed with a taller base in 1999. The Cosmo Clock 21 opened on 3/18/1999 in Minato Mirai 21; Yokohama, Japan. The observation wheel is 369 feet tall. There are 60 cabins capable of holding up to 8 people at one time resulting in a seating capacity of 480 passengers.
