Additional Notes: Relocated in 2008. Permanently closed in 2010. The Eye on Malaysia (1) opened on 1/6/2007 in Kuala Lumpur (Malacca Island), Malaysia. The observation wheel was 197 feet tall. There were 42 cabins capable of holding up to 8 people at one time resulting in a seating capacity of 336 passengers. The duration of the ride was 12 minutes, resulting in a total capacity of 1680 people per hour. A new Eye on Malaysia is under construction.
